Terms and Conditions of Supply
The Parties
These are the terms and conditions of supply of SLP Investment & Management Ltd (incorporated in England and Wales under company number 16694250), registered address 32 Bickley Avenue, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4DZ. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to SLP Investment & Management Ltd; references to "you" are to the person purchasing our products or services. You must be at least 18 years old to do so.
Status of these terms
These terms cover all products and services we provide or promote through our website and other marketing and sales channels ("Services"). The contract between you and us comes into effect when we confirm your purchase and/or booking by email.
Services delivery
We expect to provide the Services as described at the time of purchase, but reserve the right to make reasonable changes, including to form, content, location, dates or times, with reasonable notice where we cancel or make material changes. Places and materials are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, resold or commercially exploited without our written permission. Our Services are for education and information only — we do not give professional advice or guarantee specific results, and you must carry out your own due diligence and take your own professional advice before any property-related decision.
Fees, payment, cancellation and refunds
Fees and payment timing are set out at the time of booking and must be paid in full, without deduction. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of our confirmation email (the "14-day cancellation period") by emailing contact@supportedlivingproperty.co.uk; we will provide a full refund of any deposit and fees, less a reasonable amount for materials used, within 14 days. After the 14-day period, unless we agree otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable. Where fees are paid in instalments or by subscription, failure to keep up payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your place.
Limitation of liability
Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with the contract will not exceed the total fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for loss of profits, earnings, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other loss that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the materials, notes, strategies and content we provide as part of the Services. You must not copy, share, or commercially exploit any of it, and must treat our confidential information as confidential.
Termination
We may terminate the contract and your access to the Services with immediate effect by written notice if you materially breach these terms and fail to remedy that breach within 7 days of being asked to do so, among other specified grounds. On termination you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid or continued access to the Services.
Governing law and dispute resolution
This contract is governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If a dispute arises, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith (in accordance with the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure) before starting court proceedings, except that either party may seek urgent interim relief at any time.
